Back to back day games don't happen often but Monday was a travel day and it seemed like both clubs were ready for the road.
The game lasted 3 hours and 28 minutes not bad considering there was a combine 23 runs and 30 hits. Reno won
13-10.
Despite the offensive explosion, the story of the day wasn't really the ballgame.
In what I believe was the sixth inning, the comedy gods blessed Aces Ballpak. For three innings all eyes—and most of the press box tweets (
1,
2,
3,
4,
5)—focused on freeing the bat boy locked in the dugout bathroom. I of course documented the rescue efforts.

But of course there was a baseball game and I did take some pictures of it. I spent a lot of time focusing on Mike Jacobs who made his Aces debut Monday after serving a 50 game suspension for PEDs. I've always like Jacobs game and am excited to watch him hit in Reno.
