A few months back I shot a travel piece for Reno Magazine. It was geared toward couples and other folks looking for weekend getaways. It was an atypical VC piece. Read: no mines, no taffy, no Buckets of Blood. Instead the focus was on two, upscale properties: The Cobb Mansion and the Gold Hill Hotel slash Crown Point Restaurant.
