Friday was a busy day. In addition to the Bighorns game I blogged about earlier, I shot a ribbon cutting at Pioneer Crossing Casino in Yerington. Governor Brian Sandoval and Congressman Steven Horsford made a few remarks, the Governor chose the winning ornament in the Mason Valley Boys & Girls Club Christmas tree contest.
In addition to supplying the casino with a few grip and grips, I also sent images to the Mason Valley News—a.k.a. "The Only Newspaper In The World That Gives A Damn About Yerington." Which, along with "All The News That's Fit To Print", "If you don't want it printed, don't let it happen", and "Covers Dixie Like the Dew" is one of my all-time favorite newspaper mottoes.
