#ElPrezAtElCap

Hunting for feature photos before the speech.

I photographed President Obama's speech at Yosemite National Park yesterday for Getty Images. The celebration—in addition to being the kind of thing the commander-in-chief does on Father's Day weekend—marked the 100th anniversary of the creation of the National Park Service.

I shot this photo on my drive into the valley Saturday morning. I'm about ten feet from where Ansel Adams shot: http://bit.ly/1Uixjxc.

Although to be fair, swing a dead cat in Yosemite and you're ten feet from somewhere Adams shot something.

Hashtag.
