Open Season

Utah's Kevin Murphy.

Reno opened its D-League basketball season at home a couple of weeks ago with two games against the first year Santa Cruz Warriors and three against the Bakersfield Jam. They took to the road yesterday and lost to the Los Angeles D-Fenders. The Bighorns are 2-4 on the young season but have some fun guys to watch, including three NBA assignment players (Tyler Honeycutt, Sacramento; Tony Wroten, Memphis; and Kevin Murphy, Utah), a couple of Reno veterans (Marcus Landry and Anthony Richardson), and a former Cleveland Cavalier, Darnell Jackson.

Here's a few frames I like from the three games I've shot for NBAE.
